  • General Description:

    BIO-L IB-N is a lyophilized live vaccine which contains Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) TW I Strain and IBV TW II Strain, which were amplified in SPF embryonated chicken eggs. This vaccine has a physical appearance as milky white lyophilized cake.

Infectious Bronchitis Virus TW I strain ................................................................................≧300 EID50
Infectious Bronchitis Virus TW II strain ...............................................................................≧300 EID50

Indication for Use:

Prevention of Avian Infectious Bronchitis in poultry.

Method of Vaccination:

1st vaccination: administer 1 dose to each chicken of 1 day of age or older via drinking water administration, nostril instillation or aerosol-spray administration.
2nd vaccination: administer 1 dose to each chicken at 2 weeks post-1st vaccination via drinking water administration or aerosol-spray administration.

Storage Conditions:

Store in a dark place at 2-8ºC. Do not freeze.

Packaging:

200Doses/Vial (with 6mL diluent), 500Doses/Vial (with 15mL diluent), 1000Doses/Vial (with 30mL diluent), and 2000Doses/Vial (with 60mL diluent)

Shelf Life:

2 years

Precautions:

·Follow instructions from and use under supervision by a veterinarian.

·Reconstitute the vaccine with diluent. Shake well to mix thoroughly. Administer vaccine to target animal through eye-drop, nostril-drop drinking water or aerosol spray method. Do not use tap water to dissolve reconstituted vaccine.

·Protect vaccine from sunlight and high temperatures.

·Vaccinate healthy chickens only.

·Do not save unused vaccine for later use. Sterilize unused vaccine and vaccine containers by autoclaving before disposal.
